"Excellent location and place. Other than one small check in issue, it was a fantastic place. Its right next to the train and the subway system and the palace and its museums. Very pleased and definitely will return again. Only very small issue was the owner did not send us check in instructions until the day of the check-in. I requested it in advance to get the details before I left my home country but they said I had to wait and only provided it 3 hours before so had to find a place with wi-fi...

"This was a 5/5 on 9/10 ratings. Great location near M2 line and castle. Easy communications. Walkable city center in 20 min or less. The only thing that wasn’t great…ac/hear is a two pipe system…on or off. We stayed in spring where the heat is on and not ready for building wide cooling…So we had no air during our stay, but with windows open it was nice."

"Really easy to check in with the code being send in advance. Apartment looked much better in the photos than in reality. We got some bad smells from the plumbing. Great location, easy to walk to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Only provided 2 knives, forks, plates, cups etc. so had to wash up every time?? - no point in the dishwasher for so few items."

"Adequate room- microwave did not work and did not respond to request to fix. Room very cramped- could barely squeeze around side/foot of bed. Check in required confusing photo session which took over an hour to sort out.- nearly in tears- requiring What’s app texting. Location is excellent- just outside Cadorna train/metro stop. Grocery close by, several restaurants. Quiet area at night. Elevator a real help!"

"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!"
