"Allegro has amazing bartenders and staff that actually seem to enjoy their job. Everyone spoke both Spanish and English very well. The food was decent for an all inclusive. There was always multiple options for meals. The air conditioning was okay, not like American ac but it wasn’t terrible. The theater shows were fun and had lots of seating. "The resort location is beautiful but the resort and restaurants (when open) are not good at all and only 2-3 are open to choose from despite advertising 6-7 restaurants available. The rooms are absolutely terrible. They smell of mold and sewer badly! The vents and corners are also full of black mold spots, they are filthy and room service trays sit outside rooms for days before getting picked up! "We had a great stay at the Blue Angel Dive resort. It was my 1st dive resort adventure as a new diver and they made me feel very comfortable and supported the whole time.
