"I was there for 4 nights and the room was made only 1 time. I had to requests towels and coffee. I was also charged $20 per night extra so I could get a 3rd floor room. The room was small with 2 beds. I will not be staying there again."

" Staff is great. Cleanliness great. Bars great. Ambiance great. Views amazing. The only negative were the room's fearures wasn't working. My initial room had sheer drapes that didn't open. 2nd room has lights that didn't work. 3rd room was good until a few hours in. The sheer drapes didn't close. But I understand things malfunction. The hotel was very accommodating. I will visit again. "

"Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to give us some food recommendations. There is a great Peruvian spot right across the street from the hotel that the staff recommended. I’d stay here again"

"Parking lot behind the hotel is small. First come first serve basis. The breakfast is only bagels, muffins, cereal and fruit juice. There is a waffle maker if you want to make your own waffle. The rooms are small. My room did not have a working tv. I was told there was an issue with the tv provider. The hotel is in a mixed use space that is primarily industrial. Kind of spooky at night."

"Room was small but we only needed a bed and a shower for one night. Lots of street noise but it is NYC and some is expected. I think the window was not fully closed and we shut off the noisy fan which would have blocked some street noise. The single panel on the shower resulted in a wet floor. Only 2 sets of towels provided and they were small. We ended up using them to wipe up the floor when we were done. TV was damaged; I reported it to the Front Desk after check out. Parking was difficult to find but fortunately we only ended up about a block away. It was really all we needed for the night - a comfortable bed close to our destination."
