"Excellent and steps to Morro Rock, restaurants, the Morro Bay Bird Sanctuary, the Marina and California State Parks. The front desk is helpful and welcoming!"

"After we checked in & entered our room, there were a few minor issues (missing closet hangers, slow draining bathroom sink & heater pilot light off), but all were taken care of promptly with a smile. Our prior request for quiet upstairs room was honored. The cleaning staff made sure we had extra clean towels, tho, we had rehung ours daily to save water. The room was clean & well maintained. The room is not large, but comfortable & well furnished for simple basic needs. We are mostly out & about,...

"Ann and her husband are very nice people who care very much about their guests being happy. We’ve stayed there several times and the rooms are always immaculate and Ann always greets us like family. We will definitely be back."

"Towels had stains and the room had a lot of safety hazards, nothing is really that clean in there and shower was really bad."

"Simple place to stay.. The location is great... but the staff made it an amazing experience. They were so friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back!"

"Our room had pet food on the floor (left over from someone else's stay). Some of the sheets had mildew on them. This hotel popped up with my search for hotels that included continental breakfast, but they don't serve continental breakfast. If you want a hotel that has a pool, look somewhere else because they've filled their pool in. Fortunately, we were not looking for a hotel with a pool."

"Room was updated and was very good. A few items that could be needed by guests are : 1) More shelving in the bathroom. No place to set needed items down. Curling iron make up etc. 2) Same with shower....Shelving for Soap, and Shampoo, etc. Other than that .... Once the property and upgrades are down the place to stay will be just fine!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The customer service was amazing, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back! One of the biggest pluses was that they had bikes on-site for riding, which made our stay even more special. We had such a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary getaway and made some beautiful memories. Highly recommend! ❤️🚲✨"
