Perfect location within walking distance to all things downtown San Luis Obispo. My husband and I stayed in a room with a single queen bed, and it was roomy enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a boutique kind of vibe. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and kind as well.

Proximity to downtown was great. Having to plug the coffee maker into an outlet in the microwave was new. The only unfortunate thing about the room 117A was having to park across the driveway, since I had a lot of luggage to bring into the room.
