No breakfast but good choices of restaurants and there is a grocery store close so you can always make something for food and the Pier is right down the street and the beach is pretty close with plenty of parking It has a very nice small town feel and itā€™s quite and the locals are nice as well great choice for the price

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I love this hotel! The owner, Ann Marie, could not be more kind and helpful. I've stayed here before and there's a reason I came back to this hotel out of the 40 options you have in this town. I will definitely be back again! The location is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable! Thank you!

This place was a wonderful surprise! El Morro Rock was visible from the parking lot. The room was spacious & clean & the bed comfortable. It was updated enough and quiet. We would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here. Check out live music at the Siren near by it is a gem!

The sheets had blood spots on both beds in many locations. The seagulls were just too loud all night long. Maybe the staff can provide earplugs? They were very nice and kept the place clean otherwise. The location is amazing and walked to the shops, beach andrestaurants and there is even a shuttle to the camping beach. Otherwise, it was a fun place just not restful at this hotel.

No housekeeping services, otherwise pretty solid. Lots of parking available, room mostly clean outside of one stain. Heads up that the office closes at 10 so need to call ahead if arriving late, though they were very accommodating

Very helpful and kind staff. Bed was extremely comfy! Great price for the stay and location. A wonderful coffee shop(Scouts Coffee) a block away great walk for some iced Americanos and yogurts. Definitely recommend staying here close walk to all tourists areas.
