We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the level of service. The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our flight arrived early, and they were happy to store our luggage securely while we went out to explore Montreal. They were also kind enough to provide us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The elevators were incredibly fast, with hardly any wait time despite the hotel being very busy. The area felt safe, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also within walking distance of Chinatown, which was a great bonus. We also really enjoyed the buffet. The food was very good, and the staff were constantly cleaning and keeping the area organized, which made for a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family who will be visiting Montreal this year. We look forward to coming back!

More space than necessary for a one night stay, but I loved the location. Great for a walkabout and close to the port for the next day’s cruise. Breakfast room was very crowded, which shows just how popular this place must be.

Reception staff are polite, breakfast is okay, the location is good. Small changes you need to take in consideration is ensure lotion, hand wash, body wash are adequate for the remainder of the guests stay as it was most annoying that if you need to use them and there was nothing to pump.

Disappointing to say the least and for the price you can stay at many places nearby. The unit was sparse, the kitchenette empty and useless and the furniture banged up and old (you can request items for the kitchen, but not even a towel and dishsoap). The toilet dripped with an internal leak the entire time we were there, even after they sent someone up to "fix" it. They charge you to have a balcony but there aren't even a few plastic chairs so it's worth nothing. The carpet was dirty and we could see someone's footprints. There were things left on the floor from improper vacuuming and the shower was old and worn. I didn't even want to sit on the furniture because it looked like old university dorm items. The whole place gave off the vibe of cheap rooming house or dorm. Breakfast was chaotic - way too small of a space for the amount of people and very little choice. Would not stay again or recommend.

The hotel had a good location, was clean and secure. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs updating with the rooms furnishing, plumbing and electrical. The air conditioner is in the other room that you do not sleep in so it gets hot where you sleep and there are no ceiling fans. The breakfast was your usual buffet. Same food everyday!

The staff was very friendly, the room was immaculate. I felt very safe , due to all the security ( had to use key card to get into , into hotel, into elevator, breakfast room and even parking garage ) . I was surprised that our room had an extra room with a sofa , desk and tv . Also the kitchenette was bigger than i expected.

Terrible room with wet stains in the carpet and lingering smell. Super dirty and run down. Complained to staff, received no resolution/room change. Flies everywhere (even in breakfast area) and the key cards are finicky. Really hampered my trip. Management provided a small refund after my stay. Cannot recommend.

Although the hotel was really close to most places we were interested to visit and the breakfast was good, The hotel needs an update ( carpet window cleaning, tubs, furniture,etc), even the balcony was very dirty, we could not enjoy it. Also, evendo there is a kitchenette, there are not dishes, cutlery or warming/cooking dishes. Staff were helpful and polite.
