"We did enjoy our stay here at The Downtown Zando! It was a great location for getting around, this was our first time to Montreal! Our place was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. After walking lots during the day and evening we appreciated the comfort! The shower had great water pressure and hot water. We also appreciated the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner. We would certainly would recommend this place to family and friends 🇨🇦💜🇨🇦"

"Older property but room was very clean, bed was comfortable and included a functional kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine. Breakfast was very basic, toast, cereal, cold cuts and fruit. No hot food but clean and well serviced overall. About a 10 minute walk to St Catherines St (main restaurant and night life area) and underground city. Overall above average for a 3 star rated property. We'd stay there again."

"There were pipes vibrating at night and the only streaming service I have was not updated on the TV so I could not watch TV as their is no basic TV channels available."

"The room was excellent. Spacious and clean. Our balcony overlooked the main street. You could safely watch the bustle of traffic and pedestrians go about their daily routines. Centrally located for mass transit opportunities. Lots of nearby restaurants, and the Metro grocery store was a block away. The restaurants and cafes we visited were very "English" friendly. In fact, some employees preferred speaking English. I recommend visiting the nearby cathedral. A remarkable structure. Very...

"The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use."

"Roof top hot tub in the evening while looking out at the skyline don’t miss it!"

"Unique loft rooms in Old Montreal near the Port. Large spacious clean and very comfortable. Great service"

"The description and photos are very true to the in-person experience. The room was perfect for one, might have been a little crowded for two but had everything that was needed. An extra towel or two (a bit larger/substantial bath towel would be good) and a bedside lamp would be welcome additions. I had a room facing the alley, so while I heard a bit of noise at night it was not consequential. Must be able to carry bags up stairs as no elevator. Very comfortable bed."

"Excellent Location and until was exactly as it was described in the listing It was convenient to be able to do laundry in our unit."
