"Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave...

"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. "Realmente una atencion de primera, siempre atentos a tus necesidades, nos consiguieron los tours, nos guardaron las maletas, nunca me dijeron no a nada, habia una mesa para tomar cafe o mate siempre. Los empleados muy atentos y que se diga del dueño juan Carlos, lo mejor. Me senti en familia siempre!! Le doy 5 estrellas !!! Lo volveria a timar a ojos cerrados. Los precios incomparables!!!"
