Great location!

Hotel is centrally located to the main square and Lake Titicaca. Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom outdated, dark and could use a renovation. Breakfast had the basics.

Solid choice for Puno

Excellent hotel in central Puno- loved the corridor lights with motion detectors. Loved the breakfast. Loved the mattress -did sleep great there. Loved the location.

Over all is a good hotel, sit in a busy street, close to central plaza. Service is good and staff are nice and friendly. But breakfast is lacking and not fast enough to serve.

Nice place great location

Nice little hotel right in the city center . Room is quiet spacious and has a very comfortable bed . Overall clean . Breakfast is basic but all right . We were able to check out a bit later so that was very nice . Overall good option for 2-4 days.

Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay.

Very well located in Puno, however the view and the noise weren’t the best. The room itself was large and had everything needed. Bathroom a little dated, but great value for 1 night. Breakfast was very good and variety of choice.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The only drawbacks were that the TV did not have any Netflix or smart tv connection as well as no caption for English to watch movies.

If you intend to stay here suggest you ask the non 24 hour reception how you exit the property should there be an emergency. Front door entrance locked and bolted when we got up at 3.am. Same for restaurant exit. It’s probably VFM but wouldn’t return. Pictures of locked gate if needed.

First, the positives - reasonable price, great location near the main square, wonderful breakfast buffet, and kind and helpful front desk staff. Second, areas needing improvement - lighting was poor, bed linens uncomfortable and too heavy, but especially no hot water. I was excited to see a bathtub, but only lukewarm water and no plug. A staff person came to the room to "fix" but not remedied. Two nights with no hot water a bummer. Would have been great otherwise.
