"My stay was ok. No complaints. Only complaint I have is that young man who showed me the room, didn’t even ask to carry my bags. Even he went to the upstairs to my room with me. I carried them."

"It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly."

"Place is in good location, that’s it."

"The lake view was amazing"

"Decent place close to the train station in Cusco"

"Good location few minutes walk to the plaza. Great restaurant nearby called Victoria burgers were amazing. Breakfast in the hotel is very basic dont expect much."

"The place is good and near to the main square. But the room that we have, it was a little dirty, like recently they paint the roof and the paint was in all the parts ( beds, tablets, etc) and the room doesn’t have heater is very cool"

"Simple but great stay at Casa Andina, well located in the city center and quickly reachable from the bus terminal. Good service, spacious room, decent breakfast."

"Jacuzzi and comfy bed"

"Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through. Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame."

"El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El personal muy amable y atentos."

"Terrible shower - impossible to adjust water temperature properly. Breakfast was also bad. Great location."

"Todo tranquilo y limpio"

"My room does not have hot water. I wanted to call the reception but the phone is not working. I was in a hurry already"

"Very near everything"
