"The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "

"Clean room in a good location."

"Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."

"While my check-in at Kaaro Hotel was smooth, the rest of my stay was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for two main reasons: Water Issues: The hotel controls hot water access to the rooms. I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. Safety Concerns: My room key did not lock properly. Despite reporting this to the front desk and requesting a fix, the issue was completely...

"Con vistas a la catedr"

"I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. "

"We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room...

"Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions."

"Nice older hotel . Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Staff was nice and we booked the triple room and that was nice and big. With street view"
