"Room 919 robinets was out shape very bad condition, lamp burn by other customers. Bed comfortable, quiet, hot spring very nice, ventilation 100% very good.

"Need more variety of food for dinner & breakfast. They stop making fresh pizza and bringing fresh food out from the kitchen as there were not many new customers in the restaurant. "
"The location being so close to the train station is hard to beat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect."
