"Pros: Great location, staff and amenities. Well-designed rooms. Great views. Excellent housekeeping. Cons: Doors are not soft close so you hear banging doors all the time. Rooms are not well insulated so you hear noise from neighbours - when they shower, flush the toilet etc. or when they talk loud. Other than that, great."

"Love the shared living spaces! Breakfast is ok not much choices."

"Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. Location was excellent with many eating and shopping choices close by and two subway stations within five minutes walking distance."

"Nice hotel with friendly staffs, recommend for next visiting :)"

"Great room, fantastic location, very spacious and convenient to attractions. Most communications over whatsapp. Check in process is a bit weird and concierge not the most friendly."

"I don’t see a lobby , it’s not possible to check in if you don’t have data, but it’s okay for a couple nights ."

"This hotel in an old building. That said, the elevator, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, all worked. The desk staff and doorman were very helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was disappointed that it was an Ameri-Brit buffet. We chose this hotel because of location which was incredible. We were at the market in Chinatown. Very fun. The hop on hop off bus was a good value and was close. Fun shopping and food out the front door."
