"Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!"

ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. "We stayed at Hotel Villa Jantò for five days in October. The views are breathtaking, the rooftop and outdoor pool areas are lovely, and there was a small, heated indoor pool. The free hotel shuttle to nearby towns and the beach is convenient, since the hotel sits atop a steep hill and taxis are surprisingly expensive. The room, however, was a letdown. It felt painfully plain, with white walls and nearly zero decoration—odd for a hotel that otherwise tries to look somewhat bohemian and stylish....

"Fabulous hotel with amazing pool, hot tub, cold plunge. Great breakfast included. Family suite is very large and great for family of 4. Definitely would stay again. "

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"The hotel itself looks very new but the room we stayed had some furniture damaged. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. But Naples is a very very dirty city compared to other towns in Italy, meters away from the hotel you see tons of garbage…"

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable . The AC didn’t really cool the room, so we slept with the window open. The shower had issues…we could only use the hand held shower as the rain shower couldn’t be turned on."

"Make sure you use the shuttle service they recommend. Our driver gave up and dropped us off about 15 minutes away up 400-500 stairs. We grabbed a taxi from the airport, so our fault. Naples is very confusing, even for local drivers. The hotel, staff, restaurant and view from the roof are all great. Once you are up there you are stuck without a taxi. So plan on spending some money to get around and see some things. The stuff within walking distance was pretty rough."

"Staff were amazing in all aspects. Extremely helpful and facilitated everything we needed. More clarity needed in the use of the Spa. We had booked intending to use the sauna and spa but this required a supplemental charge of €20 p/p per 1.5 hours."
