The hotel is very nice and the staffs are very friendly. The hotel breakfast is extremely good and fresh every day. The receptionist are very helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Although the city location is not good, the Hotel is close enough and theroom is really, really nice ( we had a huge jacuzzi inside our bedroom. The staff is great! The breakfast is included and it is really good! One thing it is important if you are going feom the airport to the hotel you have to get a taxi, because there are no shuttles to the hotel.

Very convenient location to the airport. The staff was very helpful. They were able to store my daughter’s luggage from abroad while we went to Sorrento for two nights this way we didn’t have to lug her suitcases.

breakfast had a wide spread of both hot meats, eggs, etc as well as assorted pastries, also included gluten free options.Toiletries didn't include shampoo and conditioner but we were too tired to ask the desk since we were just staying overnight anyway. It's only 1.7 km from airport but with traffic took 20 min. to get to (30 euros one way). Still, a very good value for the stay with wide array of breakfst items for 3 people

The room was good size for family of four kids said sofa bed was comfy. The bathroom spacious although shower door did leak if shower head not positioned in certain position. Breakfast plentiful with juicer for freshly squeezed orange, soy milk for my coffee and traditional cake for Easter- we were really happy with it. Location was great for the bus stop to the centre but the bus trip is approx 40mins and bus does get crowded. Perfect do the airport as about 5 min drive. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it

The hotel is in a sketchy part of Naples but we ventured out before it was dark. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is also an inordinate amount of street noise - people, cars and the beeping, beeping, beeping but it all adds to the experience of being in that part of Napoli. The desk attendant was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and offered variety. The rooms were much larger than expected and were clean. The bed was comfortable. The balconies were great to continue the taste of city life. Reminded us a lot of NYC. There was mold in the shower and should be cleaned/removed when possible. And one additional surprise is that we read there was complimentary shuttle service to the airport and there wasn’t - we had to pay for a cab. The attendant secured it for us though which was helpful. Overall, a nice stay. Thank you!

This is not a great location if you want to go out and walk around. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids, it was far from the city center and we had trouble getting taxi back to hotel. Also some of their rooms are like a dungeon with no window and they moved us to another room that was very nice, had a giant Jacuzzi tub in middle of room, so I could just imagine what this room has seen. It was clean and served purpose.
