The spa is absolutely amazing!!!! They have one large spa pool and two jacuzzi tubs and two saunas! It was amazing. Also the room was also awesome and so elegant and modern too. I would definitely come back! Vincent at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. They assisted with my taxi too and offer free shuttle service to the nearby area!

This is an excellent hotel and would absolutely recommend. The area around the hotel is not very nice but the hotel itself one hundred percent makes up for it. It felt very safe and has a very nice outside area. Loved our stay here.

room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel

The tub was an unexpected pleasure for the last day of travel between Greece and Italy. The Staff was very helpful and provided a shuttle service to downtown Naples for shopping and sites. The driver gave us great recommendation for lunch at Antonio e Antonio. Great experience.

Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed that the had a great buffet breakfast included as well as having included a shuttle that takes you into the center, free of charge! The property is new 2021 and well maintained. I just wish there was more grocery near by. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel was very modern and in a very convenient area close to the airport. We ate at the restaurant and was very pleased. The hot tub in the room was a fantastic relaxing touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel with everything that was expected. Spacious rooms, ours had a great view of Vesuvius. Breakfast and restaurant, Lapillo was good staff excellent and the spa was amazing (at extra cost). The only thing that lets this hotel down is as others have said, its location, which is in the industrial area. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service into the centre and bay though.
