"This "four star" resort really felt more like a 2-3 star budget hotel. To charge/ require cash deposits for the most basic things, like towels and robes, is not a 4 star experience. To provide the room with a tea kettle, but not even mugs or tea bags is not a 4 star experience. We called asked for mugs and were told tea is an extra charge. Penthouse rooms consist of a Living area, kitchenette and then off this space a sliding door there is the shower room. "The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."
