The resort was stunning. The pool and beach were very nice. The staff for the breakfast buffet were excellent. The bar service was poor at best. Front deck gets an F- And while we appreciate the open air concept there is a lack of air condictioning in rooms.

Very high end property. Very modern Mediterranean. Nice buffet but restaurant on property limited menu. Great music each night and amazing beach just outside the gate. Beautiful place and wonderful stay. Best for couples as pool is cool to swim in but not a resort type pool for kids. Big pool but not something to play games or such. More of a cooling pool.

Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyone’s attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. I’m not sure why it isn’t heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich).

This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean. The location of the property was great, it’s not in the middle of a city which gives you a bit more space at the beach but you are still a 15 min drive from Alcudia which is a great little town for dinner.

The hotel is nice, lacks personality mainly in the food and restaurants. The furniture is cheap Kave home not to a 5 star hotel standard. The price for me is to high for what they offer. The main thing is the so called Micheline star restaurant. There is non. Food was very oily and never to a star standard. Overall a 3 out of 5 good place for 1 night if you have kids but if it’s for a romantic couple weekend look elesewhere.

10 out of 10!! Excellent food, perfect and super friendly service, great refurb. Big thanks to all the teammembers - it is not easy after a re-opening to such a great job. One thing: the access from the beach to the resort should be controlled, we noticed people from outside using the hotel facitilities, could also be a safety issue.

The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children.
