"The hotel cancelled the room the later in the day of our check-in. An email was sent to us at 9pm by Expedia customer service to remedy the situation, but we were mid-flight at that time. since we arrived at the hotel past midnight (and they had no reception at that time), we were forced to look for another hotel at 2AM!"
