Updated property with rooftop pool. Our breakfast was included ... fresh omelets daily along with a variety of other foods ... rooftop pool with a beautiful view ... rooftop bar and restaurant which we did not use ... only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is due to location ... restaurants and shops are quite a distance. However some are walkable.

Nice peaceful convenient location, Great pool

A beautiful hotel with a stunning rooftop pool. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is nice 8 minute stroll from the North Gate of the old town so is a very peaceful and convenient area. My only criticism would be that a few more sunbeds around the rooftop area would be helpful at busy times.

The staff make this hotel special

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, especially Fang at reception. The hotel itself is fine. Everything is clean and cared for. You are made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I would happily stay here again.

Comfortable and affordable hotel a relatively short walking distance from the old town. Our room wasn't the cleanest, particularly the bathroom and the bed (sheets were stained and torn). The rest of the hotel needed a bit of a revamp and some maintenance as well in our opinion, but overall glory boutique hotel is a decent stay for the price and location.

Great hotel

Gorgeous hotel just outside the walled city takes 10 mins to walk to the city. Located on a quiet street, rooftop pool not many sun beds but very welcome after walking around all day. Breakfast included which is adequate. Very clean beautiful bathroom with great shower and really comfortable bed.

Pros: friendly staff, free breakfast (but average-toast, fruit, yogurt and many supper items to chose from) great coffee, great water pressure, nice pool. Cons: location to the centre (night bazaar), no phone in the room. Rooftop restaurant is not affiliated with hotel so no room service. Food and booze at the restaurant is very expensive and staff speak limited English.

First time in chang mai

Very happy with new room due to shower drainage issues and bed was very hard in other, breakfast buffet is very good if you get in early, bath in room was excellent for that romantic evening roof top pool and restaurant are very clean and nice, we were very happy to stay in this hotel but the location and room view was not great

Loved it! Staff were absolutely wonderful! So helpful, welcoming, caring, accepting and just beautiful people. Hotel itself was very nice. Beds were a little hard though. Rooftop was beautiful, especially at night. Our favourite people were Biew, she was just GORGEOUS and of course who can pass up ALLAN!!?!? If I could have taken him home, I would have! When I come back to Chiang Mai, definitely would love to stay again. Thank you for having us!

Overall, the hotel was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and no complaints whatsoever about the room. However, the rooftop bar, next to the pool, was closed due to refurbishment. This meant that there was power tools being used for most of the day between 0900-1700, which was right above our room as we were on the fifth floor. This woke us up one morning and ruined using the pool, as the works were going on directly next to it. We had no idea this was going on when we booked or before we went upstairs to use the pool after arriving. May have booked elsewhere if we knew this was the case and have no idea how long this is going on for as it wasn’t really advertised very well, so can’t comment on whether it’s still happening or not.
