"Fantastic stay"

"Staff was very courteous. Rooms at the family sanctuary could do some updating and have people come out and take care of the ant problem. Property needs upgrades."

"Staff is very helpful, we had issues with our booking and they assisted us straight away."

"部屋が広くて快適でした。"

"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. Breakfast was similarly cold and badly cooked/poor ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (this is...

"There was no airport shuttle bus in my flight time which I asked them and then they told me before my arrival...there is also no shuttle bus to the down town, you need to take taxi for a long way, it takes about 45 to town...the staffs are nice and the spa was good..."

"Had a great stay at Hotel Loy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool was lovely, and the location was great for us - close enough to be able to walk to Old Town but also far enough off the Main Street we didn’t get late night noise."

"主にゴルフ目的で旅行を計画しました。 ゴルフ場が直ぐ横で利便性は最高です。 今回は20日程、宿泊しました。 今までも、５，６回利用しています。 コテージは随分ふるくなっていますが、コスパがいいので 私は最高に過ごせました。"

"Friendly staff, spacious rooms and natural surrounding. Quite nice overall."

"This is the only hotel I will book whenever I go to Chiang Mai."

"Would definitely come back here. Lovely, quiet, chilled. Lovely staff. Great food"

"An amazing escape in a jungle-like setting with a beautiful pool, amazing food, and air conditioned cozy cottages. We rented a Vespa and even found a cute cafe nearby and appreciated the activity book suggestions as we visited a beautiful waterfall nearby! Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thanks Paul and staff!"

"So nice beautiful place so relax The stuff all so friendly everything was great!"

"Beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. Unique decor, nice clean pool, nice and helpful staff."

"Breakfast"

"Hotel was clean - a little dated but well kept. Staff was friendly. Right in the Ping River, not really walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc so you’ll need transportation. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options."

"highly recommend! very accommodating and close to everything!"

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"The resort host was wonderful! And our stay was beautiful! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to the front desk team ready to assist with anything you need, always with a smile. Good breakfast buffet for the price. Very central to everything in Chiang Mai. Central mall and Maya mall are couple of minutes away."
