Nice rooms and the hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was small which was fine for one person but would be crowded for two people. Overall a great place to stay.

Beer and team are all amazing - so friendly and helpful…its why we came a third time. Prices are great, property very clean, great location, pool and small gym, breakfast and lunch have excellent prices. Cant wait to go back!

My first time in Chiang Mai and won't be my last. Will be returning to this hotel when I do. Impossibly friendly staff, good sized room with all the expected amenities, and in central location. The price I secured was also a fantastic value. Within the expectations for the $35-$50 price range, I can't think of any negatives to report. Thank you 99 Gallery for a great first experience in Chiang Mai!

The hotel is well located, stylish and the staff are great, but where quality of sleep is concerned, it falls down considerably. When I stayed I was still ajusting to time differences but it was impossible to sleep beyond 8am as the cleaners seemed to parade up and down the corridor pushing the loudest trolley and speaking loudly on walkie talkies, for what seemed like 2 or 3 hours. I also chose the hotel partially because it has a pool, but this pool is tiny, only has three loungers and is located right on the main hotel thoroughfare, so not exactly in a relaxing environment. Not a bad hotel but not really the tranquil oasis I was hoping for.

The hotel is super clean, location is nearby the weekend night market just some steps, they have laundry service and seft laundry by washing machine with a good price. Staffs are very nice. The minus point is the aircon in my bedroom is leaking at night so we can't use it and they fixed it the next day. And water in toilet and bathroom is stopped at the evening and they fixed them in the next morning. Towers are clean but old, the hotel should change them.

Small rooms and poor wifi

I appreciate the efforts of the extra efforts of the check-in personnel to get me into a room early after my train dropped me in Chiang Mai at 4 am. They were fully booked but made a room available to me before 10 am. I booked for 3 nights but changed hotels after the second night. I couldn't deal with the slow wifi. It took 2 hours to book my next hotel in Bangkok. Also there was no chair of any type in the room i selected and no room for one if i had asked for it. The bathroom was adequate, the restaurant, adequate, the location, adequate.

En general bien... La alberca muy pequeña el gimnasio nulo solo tiene dos caminadoras, creo q si deberían especificar ambas cosas en su perfil ya que si reservas por estás dos cuestiones te puedes llevar y a decepción Por lo otro en general bien amables, la habitación cómoda.... La ubicación es buena aunque hay zonas mejor ubicadas Pero lo recomiendo el costo beneficio es bueno considero

整體住宿品質與服務都非常的好，如果提出一個建議的話，彈簧床的噪音比較大，翻身都會有聲音，吊扇的噪音也比較大，其他都不錯，地理位置好，交通很方便，週邊飲食很便宜。
