"Every thing is very good except it was a little noisy in the morning."

"Staff were very friendly and took care of us the best way they could. Breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. TV was broken in our room and plugs were so old anything you plugged in would almost always fall out unless you got it in there just right. Location was good for the Thermal Baths. Not sure if I would ever stay here again but there aren't many good options in Águas Calientes."

"I love that they had breakfast at 4:30 in the morning, which made it great for setting out on an early tour. The staff were incredible. They stowed our luggage which was fantastic. The property was a bit loud as there were many dogs across the street barking all night. And it was a little too far away from the center of town for my liking. The hot water handle broke, but they did come up to fix it but the water pressure was extremely low"
