"Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best...

"Formerly a Viscount's residence, the photogenic Costa Del Sol Cusco sits in a great location, walkably close to the center of a beautiful city. Meals in the hotel restaurant and at the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Our room had uncomfortably overstuffed pillows that might have been designed by the Spanish Inquisition, so thick they threaten to break your neck. In fairness, my body was getting used to the thin air in Cusco and that also played a role in my restless...

Beware that this is truly an eco-friendly place where they only provide one key per room so if there are multiple people in one room, it makes it very difficult. The size of the rooms was great, but the shower curtain had some mold on it and the sheets were extremely itchy,I felt like bugs were crawling on me every night! The room included breakfast, which was absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in Peru....

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is priced as a luxury property, but the experience did not justify the extremely high rates. One of the biggest surprises was that breakfast was not included, despite the already expensive room price. The breakfast was very good but super expensive. On top of that, guests are charged an additional fee to access the therapy pool, which feels unreasonable for a hotel in this price category. The restaurant was another letdown.
