Property was solid. Room was solid. The only thing is that the windows aren’t that insulated so you will hear outside if it’s loud. A lot of people traveling stay at this property, so it’s easy to find people to socialize with.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Pros:
- Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients.
- 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance.
- I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time. They did clean the room however which was appreciated even though it didn't feel dirty.
- Staying over at this hostel is actually pretty OK if youre staying for one night only, having in mind the cons. We weren't very lucky with our Machu Picchu tickets so we had to stay over for three nights.
Cons:
- We had a very humid room. Our hair, clothes, bed sheets and blankets were very damp and it felt cold and extremelyuncomfortable. The air was difficult to breathe at night as it was heavy with humidity. The building itself is overall open with no real way to dehumidify the room other than keeping the windows open.
- The city is very loud at night, our neighbors were pretty loud and screaming from the rooftop of the building as well, but this was acceptable in my opinion...
- There was a very loud compressor-type of noise going on and off every minutes or so, it made it very difficult to relax and fall asleep.
- The rooms windows are made in such a way that if your curtains are open people will be able to see you from the hallways, so keep that in mind for your privacy/intimacy purposes.
Smelled like mold and very noisy. Impossible to sleep.

Liked: Staff & service
Beds were sunken in & yellow. Smelled moldy in the room, probably because no sunlight ever hits it. Room felt kinda gross. For some reason they had music blasting into the night, despite the fact that ppl are there to see Machu Picchu & need to get up early or are coming from a multi day trek & need some rest. Wouldn't stay here again
Room: It was clean and comfortable. I’m 5ft and it was more than spacious for me ! The locker is right near you so need to worry about having a locker imo. The bathroom was also clean and accommodating.
Staff: The staff was amazing ! All four of them. Both receptionist were very helpful during my stay. The girl was able to get me a knife to cut a maracuya open and some salt as well, I am very appreciative of it lol. They’re all very friendly and comfortable to talk if you need anything or just want to hang around. The three guys specifically are very funny and make the stay a 10/10 experience for sure !
Food: The breakfast was very yummy, the drinks as well. I would recommend to have a sandwich for breakfast, I loved it before my trip to Machupichu.
The property felt like it was under construction, and the entrance looked like the aftermath of a frat party. There was pounding construction noise all day, which was especially frustrating after being up since 3 a.m. and trying to rest. The room was decent for the price, and the staff was initially friendly and helpful.
The next day, I moved into a private room. While waiting, I was using a portable charger to charge my phone since all my belongings were already packed. When my new room was ready, I unplugged my phone, put it in my pocket, and set the charger on the bed so I could carry my bags downstairs.
Once in the new room, I realized the charger was missing. I went back immediately, but housekeeping had already cleaned the room, and it was gone. I checked with staff and searched all my belongings multiple times, but it was never recovered.
In less than 10 minutes, it completely disappeared. What made it worse was that I didn’t feel taken seriously and was made to feel as though I was mistaken, which was both frustrating and concerning.
We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever visiting in the area again. Thanks so much!
The price was double compared to one in hotels.com because for the some reason hotels.com showed price for one person even thought we had reservation for two. Apart from that it was good for the budget travellers
Muy buen hostel. Buena relacion precio/producto.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Parabéns a toda a equipe!
If you want to stay at the loudest hostel in South America this is where you go. The bar upstairs was so loud packed with obnoxious locals and employees every night. The staff were friendly but there was always 8 staff members there at all times yelling talking at all hours of the day and night and wrestling in the lobby. 7 am the maid was Blair oh music right next to the dorms singing. Bathroom were unpleasant and garbages filled with poopy toilet paper overflowing. Room was musty and damp. Would not reccomend
