Highly recommend El MaPi. Logistically convenient, a very easy walk from train station, and close to the bus station heading up Machu Pichu. Hotel has an earthy/ nature oriented feel, very relaxing. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. Room was nice, clean, seemed fairly new/ updated. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast, fun bar for after dinner. I didn’t visit the spa, but am sure it was great too.

Great service from the team including a porter meeting us at station to pick up bags and giving us a nice mini tour of town! Hotel is located at a great location center of town with 5mins access to train station and bus to Machu Picchu Room was amazing and well laid out ! We had a good night sleep ! Dinner and Breakfast were both a let down food was average and was not meeting expectations from the reviews we read.

We love how accessible this hotel is and close to the shopping center, restaurants and train station. The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful. We had great experience at their spa - the jacuzzi and massage were very relaxing and you feel like you’re in a high end spa without the exaggerated price tag! The breakfast buffet offered several choices and tasted really good. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful, making sure we had a wonderful stay.

Great location to the Machu Picchu bus stop and train station which is very convenient. Also offers free breakfast and dinner so you end up getting your moneys worth staying in this hotel. The only con I would say is that our train came in early and they have a very strict 1 PM check-in time and 10 AM checkout time. We had a Machu Picchu tour the next morning and came back to our room already being checked out even though it wasn’t even 10 AM so that was the only thing that really upset us.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The room included breakfast and dinner!!! The hotel also has a wonderful spa!

El hotel es lindo, recomiendo mucho su spa, tomamos un masaje y estuvo demasiado relajante. Nos regalaron la cena también. La ubicación es ideal… el único detalle que podría mejorar es la comodidad de las habitaciones. Las camas se sienten un poco duras y nuestra cama king era más bien dos colchones unidos. El agua sale caliente pero no lo suficiente. Creo que si mejoraran un poco las habitaciones podría ser un 10/10

Overall a good experience staying here. Only complaint was the front desk staff, perhaps were overwhelmed or understaffed to receive so many turists but were not accommodating at all.

Hotel trés bien placé et très pratique pour le départ pour la visite du Machu Picchu. Au coeur du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Le personnel est très serviable et aide beaucoup à l’organisation (bus, train …). Le spa est agréable. L’environnement est toutefois un peu bruyant.

Conveniently located to the train and bus station this hotel is perfect. Our suite was very comfortable and the staff was extremely Accommodating and friendly.

Excellent overall! Very well located hotel. It is a very clean hotel .Staff gets a five out of five very well organized. Only thing is their showers are very slippery and my husband fell. They should do something about it , slippery tiles in a shower is not a good idea.spa is an extra fee supper was very nice.

Localização maravilhosa. Ótima opção em Machu Picchu. Quartos limpos, básicos, mas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Ficaria novamente!

Place was nice on the outside, lobby and dining. The rooms we got wax the deluxe which included dinner and breakfast. At dinner we choose one entree and appetizer and dessert. Food was amazing. Drinks were extra. I guess they don't heat the water at night and trying to take a shower it was super cold. Lots of messages in the rooms for happy hour. No place in shower to put soap bar or anything. Room came with an old school heater. The food made it worth the price but not everything else. Windows dont block sound but found that to be the case anywhere in peru. The location is amazing and on the main street. You dont have to go up any stairs or streets to get to hotel. We stayed at another hotel as well to check things out and we had to go up some Steep stairs.

Initially thought breakfast and dinner included was a plus. However, no one mentioned that dinner has to be reserved and was forced to have dinner at 9pm. Though an alternative was offered for next day lunch it was definitely an inconvenience. Other than that it was an okay stay, convenient location but its a small town

The spa was amazing! I did the water circuit and a 90 minute massage, highly recommend. The property was beautiful and the time were spacious and lovely. Great bathroom and closet. Loved this resort.
