"Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic....
"Was a great stay, and loved the amenities especially the cafeteria. There are convenience stores nearby and can also order food online to be delivered to the lobb. A lot of food and restaurants options nearby too. Would definitely stay here again. "
