"Everything was really good starting with the front desk, they received us with a smile and they were super professional. The porter took our luggage to the room and show us around the hotel. Love the location, it was a walking distance of a lot of the best places to visit. "

"The bedroom was covered in ants, small spiders and bugs. There must have been 50+ in my room between the bathroom and the windows, coming out from under the skirting board, under the bed, under the seated bench, in the bathroom. On a few occasions i had to flick the ants off the bed and the shelf where my clothes were sat for the next days. On my check in review i highlighted this and asked that the room be hoovered before i got back on Friday night which didn't happen. On Saturday i could tell the room had been wet mopped but it didn't help the ant and spiders. Would appear to be an infestation."

"The hotel is lcated in a rather empty area compared to the rest of Seville. Not that many bars and restaurants. Sems more of residential area. What is excellent is the distance from the train station. That alone is worth a stay. No coffee in the room, only tea. Could use a table or desk for laptop."
