"The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!"

"Very helpfull staff, breakfast in sister hotel (< 100m away) was very good."

"A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Historic Town! This hotel is truly a hidden gem! Perfectly located in the heart of the historic town, just steps away from all the main attractions, yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet at night, allowing us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The property is beautiful, charming, and full of history. Everything was spotless, and our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Javier and Paula, who made our stay even more...

"Really nice modern hotel in the centre of Seville and the staff were very friendly"

"We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been more satisfied. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was large (especially for Europe) and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop offered lots of space and seating, a nice pool, and an excellent view. Perhaps most importantly, the location was outstanding. We were within easy walking distance of many top destinations as well as restaurants and shopping. I would very happily stay there again when I'm...

"部屋が広く清潔でスタッフも素晴らしいです! 次回も必ずここにします。"

"The front desk staff provided an excellent explanation. I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life. I truly appreciate their help and outstanding service."

"I loved my stay in Seville and Casa Palacio was close to the main sights in Seville and in a beautiful historic building. The apartment was spacious and I had a balcony facing the church (there will be church bells ringing so anyone sensitive to sound should bring earplugs) ☺️ The bed was very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful - it was the perfect place to stay and highly recommend!"

"This hotel is located in walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. It is beautiful and the breakfast is wonderful with a continental breakfast and food you can order off the menu too. They do have elevators to the room. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We were greeted by Patricia with a warm welcome and given information about our room, hotel and restaurants etc. When we had to leave early in the morning for the airport they prepared a “picnic” breakfast to take with us to eat....

"Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location with a short walk to local attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the large roof terrace and the pool was very much needed after a day wandering in the heat! We never felt on top of the other guests and managed to get the roof terrace to ourselves most times we were up there relaxing. Olga, the host, was incredibly helpful and charming and gave excellent restaurant...

"Everyday the cleaning team made the bed, provided fresh towels and washed anything that was left in the kitchenette sink. Very good location, shops close by and can walk easily to various points of interests."

Insgesamt...

"The hotel is right beside Las Setas and walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was a good size and comfortable, although a little noisy with the main crowds outside. However, the ear plugs drowned out most of the noise. There was no hot water on the first morning but this was rectified later in the day. Roof top bar has amazing views across the city, especially at sunset. Would highly recommend a visit."
