Charming apartment in quiet area

Family of 5 from USA stayed for 2 nights. Really nice apartment. Located on quiet safe street but walkable to grocery and restaurants. 10 minutes from setas 20 minutes from plaza. 20 minute walk from train station.

Great location, a real person meet me to check in. Wonderful space with large living room and a central open patio. A couple of slight problems: The cups and glasses were so high up in the cabinet that I couldn’t reach them, no garbage can in bathroom and very toxic, stinky “air freshener “ in toilet that gave me a headache.

This property is a great value for the money. It is a little farther from the historic district that some others, but certainly within walking distance and well worth it for the price. The parking is not onsite, but at one of two nearby Parking Garages. I recommend using the Jose Laguillo lot as it is easier to get in and out of, but the signs are a bit tricky, so GPS it. The property had everything we needed and was very convenient, clean and the attendant who met us was very accommodating and friendly. There is not a front desk, as it is a true Air Bnb style apartment. However, we knew this and that was fine. She made sure she communicated with us and knew when we were coming so that she could meet us to let us in, and we had no problems. She was on time and even wanted to assist us with our luggage. It was very clean and had cleaning service daily, although we did not need it. I recommend this property. Be well!

Great view and Great beach

Great location, great view, nice pool, perfect for beach access. Basic furnishings. Learned upon leaving that remote control given for main AC unit also worked for bedroom units... Good parking.. Odd that you pay for unit to operate your safe? Good restaurants nearby.

Great apartment

Loved the place, clean and cute and walkable distance to cathedral and Alcazar . Plenty of restaurants and little store around. Will definitely stay there next time I am in Seville. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
