"Delightful hotel. Good customer service. Read instructions if traveling with a car. I didn’t and drove through very narrow streets looking for the hotel in a pedestrian only alley!"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Really happy with our stay in the penthouse suite for 6 of us. Good layout, spacious bathroom and setup (even though it’s a 1 bath, the toilet and shower are separate from the double sinks). Great location, walkable to all the shops you need, and under 20 mins to the bus station. Owners communicated quickly when I had questions. Strong AC for the 95 degree weather. This is the first flat rental that didn’t hand me a book of instructions for check out. They just requested we leave it in a way a...

"The location was fantastic and the place itself was truly beautiful. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and found it very easy to communicate with the host. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I loved how we could walk to the market and pick up fresh food to prepare meals for my son in their cozy kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed."

"Superb position, next to the Alcazar palace and a very short walk to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. We were able to check in to our room early. The breakfast was really lovely with loads of choices from the menu and also yogurt, fruit and orange juice available too. Our room was on the outskirts of the palace and had Roman ruins under the floor, which you could see through glass."

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"
