"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

The property has plenty of character, very good amenities, and our room was comfortable overall. Unfortunately, our pre-arrival experience was disappointing. "The hotel is on a corner with very welcoming staff and a very nicely decorated lobby area. The room was clean, great size and had nice amenities available. The only drawback during this stay was the elevator went out for a day requiring going up and down the stairs to the third floor.
