St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
The front staff were excellent and the hotel was very beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is incomparable, as well. Centrally located, popular tourist sights and metro access were within walking distance from the hotel.

Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee ...
