"Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. Friendly and helpful staff - Highly recommend!"
"Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. "

"We so appreciate Brahim and Lucas! Brahim helped us when the area was closed to taxis and we had to go to the airport. He moved our luggage 3 blocks and coordinated w a cab and got us into it safely! That’s great service. Lucas got us checked in. Love the decor of the room and the bathroom! Love the location! "
