Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 6 nights and did not have any house cleaning, change of linens or towels once. We had to ask for dry towels and they brought unfolded and didn't pick up the wet ones. Our bed was supposed to be a Queen, but it was two twin mattresses fastened together, the sheets were not fitted. Breakfast ...
