Marlin Waterloo
Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys ...

Park Plaza London Waterloo
lovely spacious room, however not maintained, we had to ask for tea and coffee top ups. bin not emptied during our 3nights. reception staff were mixed, but the pool and sauna won us over. great location for city but also good for a taste of local London
