The lovely gentleman that greeted me at reception was super helpful. He made me feel at ease and very welcomed as a woman traveling on my own, he booked my taxi for the following day to Heathrow. The room was exceptionally clean, great facilities. If travelling from Heathrow again I will definitely stay at the Sheraton. Highly recommend.
