Couldn't even check in!

Got the property hoping for a nice easy stay, however, was unfortunately greeted with not being able to check-in to the room after trying to ring for the room number. Called up the phone number on the listing and the person on the other end wasn't aware of my reservation. Thankfully Hotels.com was able to find a room for me and fix the whole situation.

Horrible!!!

Only booked that room because of being in a close distance to where I needed. An hour before arriving got an email that they changed the accomodation for a different place 30 minutes away from original place! The room was gross! Avoid this place and service at all costs!!!

Decent and cheap place to stay if you literally just want somewhere to sleep. Location was easy to find via google maps but we waited a while to be let in to the flat- could do with a better communication method or an actual meeting point. Room was extremely basic with just a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. It wasn’t bad but could do with some touch ups for example the curtains were very thin and let a lot of light in and the pillows on the bed were ridiculously thin- I would recommend bringing an extra! The room was clean however I did move the bed at one point to find a huge square of dirt and dust! The bed is on wheels, it would be nice if they could move it and clear under there too! The bathroom however was to a good standard and the kitchen appeared to be as well. Overall, alright for the price but some extra, inexpensive touches would make this perfect for what it is!
