Bathroom tap was broken. Floor in entrance is dangerous and a Health & Safety issue. Wifi did not work. Difficulty entering property. It looks like a Local Authority property on a housing estate in an unattractive area. Bed was unmade and very basic facilities in the kitchen. I actually left the property and moved to an hotel. It is suitable for someone who wants a bed and nothing more

Bel appartement, récemment refait. Seuls bémols... Manque quelques équipements bien pratiques tels que adaptateur secteur, balayette mais pas de pelle, passoire, pas de porte serviettes et de chauffage dans salle de bain, pas d'etendoire à linge. Le quartier est sympa, calme, proche toutes commodités. Le plus de cet appart, le lit en 180cm et la cuisine bien équipée. Attention, le plot sur la carte d'hôtel.com n'est pas à la bonne adresse. L'adresse indiquée est en revanche la bonne. La station la plus proche est Bermondsey à 10min.

Bien situé et calme. Un toaster et une cinquième grande assiette, même si la location est pour quatre personnes, ne seraient pas de trop ! L'envoi du code pour récupérer les clefs quelques jours avant aurait évité quelques contre-temps à l'arrivée. Pour le reste, propreté, espace, situation, confort pas de problème.

Es war eigentlich alles ok. Die Einrichtung im Appartement ist jedoch sehr mager! In der Küche fehlt einiges um eine Küche eben Küche zu nennen... Ebenso könnte man schon einiges heimeliger eine Wohnung einrichten indem vielleicht ein paar Bilder an den Wänden hängen. Da ist gar nichts vorhanden und wirkt ziemlich traurig und mager. Die Lage ist aber gut. Schnell im Tube und an der London Bridge. Das war cool.

Never got information provided on the reservation to contact property was wrong (property never answer call) lost 5 hrs trying and calling from UK to USA that will cost me from $30. to $60.... if was not for the gentlemen on Zest Organic Food (33 Dockhead, Bermondsey, London SE1 2BF, UK) that call also couple of time, after an hour he help us to find a Hotel that cost us almost $400.00 USD over our budget.... Still Expedia guys was trying to contact the property without resolution... and even we ask to be place in another location.... the only thing EXPEDIA did is to issue a refund (that has not hit our account yet)

Die Unterkunft ist Stadtnah. Man kann das Zentrum und die U-Bahn gut erreichen. Die Badezimmertür kann nur etwas geöffnet werden, da der Fussboden davor hoch kommt. Der Nachbar über uns machte pünktlich 23.00 jeden Abend Party.Ca. 3 Uhr nachts ist dann Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, also nix mit Stadtblick.

I don’t know how it was listed as a hotel on Expedia .its Airbnb but partially completed. Sink faucet hanging off .hardwood floor destroyed making it difficult to access bathroom and even for my kids to run around..overall wasn’t what I expected. But nice appliances

Die Unterkunft war nicht wie in der Beschreibung gelegen. Suchten die Wohnung in einem anderen Viertel, dadurch haben wir viel Zeit verloren. Außerdem war ein Schaden am Fußboden, dadurch könnte man nur sehr erschwert ins Badezimmer gehen(Türe lies sich nur wenig öffnen). Der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es war auch nicht richtig sauber.

La struttura si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Bermondsey, e NON attaccato alla fermata Borough come erroneamente indicato su diversi siti internet. Una fermata bus è proprio davanti all’appartamento, mentre nei dintorni è presente un bar, un market co-op piccolo ma fornitissimo, e anche un pub. La zona è periferica ma non abbiamo avvertito pericoli. L’appartamento è un piano terra di case basse riunite in un complesso con cortile interno. Appena entrati è presente un corridoio, un bagno, una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e una cucina abitabile. Nel corridoio il parquet era sollevato a causa di una perdita degli ultimi giorni, cosa molto scomoda che il gestore ha detto che stava sistemando. Il bagno aveva il rubinetto del lavandino non fissato al lavabo, anche quello ha detto che lo stava sistemando. Ovviamente non c’era il bidet. Letto e divano letto erano abbastanza comodi, le lenzuola molto pulite, e le pulizie generali soddisfacenti, a parte la presenza di qualche formica, soprattutto in cucina, probabilmente dovuta alla cattiva cura del piccolo giardino, lasciato a se stesso. In cucina non ci sono pentole, solo una, mentre tazze e bicchieri sono sufficienti. Microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie funzionano perfetta. La tv è in soggiorno e funziona bene, così come il Wi-Fi. La struttura è gestita da un ragazzo albanese che parla anche italiano, disponibilissimo e cordiale, così come l’addetto alle pulizie che è venuto a farci il check in.

Used this property for an overnight to get to a concert at the O2 Arena. Perfect for this as a couple of hundred yards from Bermondsey tube station. Good shower and lovely bedding, all you need for an overnight halt. Not a place I would consider for a longer stay though.

L'appartement bien situé, proche du Tower Bridge et entre deux stations métro. Appartement super bien équipée et propre. Fraichement rénové, salle de bains moderne. Par contre les fenêtre sont anciennes, du coup on entend tout, le train, les bruits de la route et les voisins et la moquette dans la chambre a couché est vétuste et salle.

Gute Lage. Frische Betten und Handtücher. Schlüssel war in einem Safe deponiert. Hat man leider erst auf Nachfrage erfahren. Appartement wurde zwar vor kurzem renoviert, aber anscheinend nicht komplett - keine Luster (nur russische Fassung), sehr verdrecketer Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten OK. Für Familien ideal!
