Great location and good standard of basic accommodation. Only issue was the fact windows didn’t open very wide at all, and no fans etc available, so very warm and stuffy in the height of summer.

I didn't expect I will find an accommodation in that price in London until I found Great Dover apartments. Very pleased with the location, as it was in a short distance to Undergrand.

One night stay, comfortable but litter (including cig butt) left in bin and small pieces of litter left on table and in bathroom. Still worthwhile for single night, good location.

Basic accommodation in good location.

Very good location close to tube stations and city center. Room was basic and comfortable. It is student accommodation. The bathroom was a bit of a joke though. Shower just perched in one corner right beside toilet. But considering it's London the price was very reasonable.

No A\C but excellent otherwise. One day I asked for fresh towels and they delivered, but also took the dirty ones off the floor and hung them back up!!!! But no matter. I would stay here again. Clean and very nice place, and within walking distance from the heart of the city.

Ridiculously noisy but good value otherwise

I hadn't realised that I was booking student accommodation out of term time. That's fine, often a good deal, as this would have been, were it not for the two hundred foreign students (I assume) who were partying outside until gone midnight. No TV or kettle. Apart from that it was very good.

I have stayed at a lot of budget accommodations in London. This is one i won’t forget. I was worried about noise being a KCL student accommodation. I was not prepared for filth and neglect. First, there was a disgusting baby bottle full of disgusting dark fluid on the desk. Random! Then no toilet paper. No shower curtain either, but somehow toilet paper I thought was below the belt (literally). Light in the bathroom didn’t work. Otherwise I might have seen no toilet paper. The Mattress springs were all broken. The duvet like the carpet was filthy. No glass for water - nothing! Squalor. So no, I do not recommend this place

C’est comme une auberge de jeunesse (prix) mais avec une chambre seule équipée d’une salle de bain personnel. Une cuisine avec équipements (frigo, poêle, micro-onde, toaster) en commun mais sincèrement je n’ai pas vu personne dans la cuisine

DO NOT BOOK! TOTALLY UNSUITABLE! RUBBISH PLACE!

DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! - I am very sorry to have to say that I cannot under any circumstances recommend anybody to use these premises. The problem is not with the actual buildings, the facilities, the location, the price or with any of that, the issue lies with the management. Imagine being asked to vacate your room at 10pm on a busy Saturday night with no offer of a transfer to another hotel or anything, and with absolutely no explanation given as to why one has to vacate, no attempt made to contact you during the day on a mobile number which you know they have on file for you, leaving you quite literally in the street with nowhere else to go. And then having to pay extortionate rates for another room nearby! Well that is what happened to a large number of people in August 2019 at these premises. The management are very bad and not to be trusted one little bit. The other problem is that the place is often full of large numbers of homeless people and large groups of foreign children all making noise throughout the day and night. Drug, alcohol and sexual abuse is also rife in these apartments. Not suitable for anyone. I can only advise to stay well clear! Oh, and there is absolutely nothing supplied in the self catering kitchens either by the way, not so much as a cup, plate or any utensils. Disastrous place. Never ever again! DO NOT USE! Hotels.com should remove this accommodation immediately as being unsuitable for bookings.

ロンドンひとり旅で宿泊させていただきました！ひとりなので不安もありましたがカードキーなどのセキュリティもあり、フロントの方もいてたり、周りは夜10時ごろになっても人が歩いてたりバーも近くにあるのでなんとなく安心でした。 フロントの人も初めに荷物を持ってくれたりコインランドリーの使い方を教えてくれたり優しかったです。(英語が分からないので伝わってなかったりしてることもあって完璧とはいいませんが、英語のわからない私に対してもたぶん頑張ってくれていました) 部屋は思ってたより広くて白くて綺麗でした。シャンプーとリンスが少しついててよかったです。エレベーターもあるので大荷物でも安心しました。
