The apartment was fine, but the sofa was disgusting and I just could not sit on it for the duration of my stay. This was reported immediately, and the team did try to clean it up, but it was so awful they couldn't do much. Otherwise the apartment was fine and comfortable. The sofa issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

Apartment on the 39th floor = great views from parts of the apartment. Downside - views of the taller tower behind. Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower heads don't work properly. They need replacing, especially the master bedroom one. Nice to have kitchen roll. Salt, pepper and sugar. Fantastic views from the 43rd floor, the master bedroom and the kitchen window. All other views are spoilt by the hulking white tower. Blinds were down throughout the stay as you are overlooked. The rooftop terrace is phenomenal for views. The staff were lovely in reception.

Great property in a great location. Apart from a few minor broken things in the unit, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Will certainly be back!

Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station.

I still had to show ID when I picked up the key from the concierge, and they made me wait to go to my room while letting another guest enter without a wait. The flat was clean and convenient, but the thermostat did not work. I had to open the windows to cool the place down from the unexpected rise in temperature

I initially got an apartment with a wifi issue. So, had no internet for one day. I was then moved to a different apartment where wifi was OK but the bathroom kept overflowing and water went all over the place even in the bedroom. I complained and nothing was done. I purchased an iphone 14 pro max and it was delivered to concierge but it disappeared from the parcel room. I kept looking for it for 5 days and it was not found. The concierge said it's not their responsibility and refused to give me CCTV footage as well. Not a good experience and very expensive for what we are getting!
