"The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Piccadilly Station which is also in a center of shopping area. You can also find good restaurants and bars near by the hotel. Hotel room and facilities is great, as well as service."

"Brilliant hotel, well located staff brilliant highly recommend"

"Wonderful hotel. Staff is exceptional! Very nice room with a beautiful bathroom. Defines will stay here again."

"An excellent hotel with excellent staff."

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. "Location is good and staff is very helpful with great service."

Also funny looking white stains on the wall beside sink/mirror. I wish we could open the windows for the natural air and listen to hustle & bastle of the street life. Instead, there is one set of new windows installed before the original ones - feeling barricaded through and through. Only air con available to regulate temp. Room for 2 with king size...
