"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "

"I had booked a twin room here, they gave me room 384. As soon as i got in i saw a HUGE bed bug on the blanket just crawling around. Left the room ASAP, asked for a better room. They put on the 8th floor in a "refurbished" double room which felt a bit cleaner. The second room was alright but the first one felt really depressing..."

"Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Clean and room was as expected, powerful shower too! I had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed. Only negative: The lifts were not all working (2 out of 4) - which means often long waits for the lift and a lift stopping at every floor once managed to get into one!"
