"Loved the vibe and the room set up. We used the kitchen and it was well appointed. The bed was comfy."

"Excellent"

"Väldigt fin och rymlig lägenhet med två badrum, utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Olivolja, disk- och tvättmedel fanns. Det som var dåligt var att sängarna var små, två queen size (ca 140 cm breda) räcker inte för 4 vuxna, speciellt inte om man inte är ett par ;-)."

"A little treasure. You feel like you are away from the world in old time luxury. The staff are so helpful, polite and attentive. Plunder the pantry feels so wrong but is so good. The little touches make all the difference."

"This hotel is FANTASTIC! Very last minute booking, literally less than an hour before I arrived. The location is literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace! I took a “single” basement floor room. Windows were present and the greenery view was calming. Every single thing was perfect. Exactly what I needed. The room is exactly as pictured. "Beautiful property, warm and inviting. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful."

"The room was super small and when checking in the put my bags in someone else room"

Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"Clean and quiet rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"Great location. Near by restaurants. Close to Victoria Station Metro. Room is small but was not an issue for us. The width of the room was that of a king bed length. The bed was up against the window. Person closest to the window had to climb over the bed to get settled in. It was an oddity but overall we loved the room."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. Victoria station is a short walk as well. The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a warm cozy feel. The included breakfast is a real plus as a nice way to start your day. There is always someone to help or answer questions if needed and we always felt safe secure and welcome on premises. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows and a...
