"It is good hotel but a little far from London. Little challenging to navigate the buses and trains to get to London. But the hotel itself was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Except the distance from London, I would recommend it!"

"We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. "Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "
