"What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!"

"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing. I have an auto immune condition and are currently on tablet form chemotherapy and the black mould can trigger a serious health flair for me as I have a...

"En general bien ,único detalle si quieres limpia tu habitación diario debes avisar para que la limpien, de otra manera la dejan sucia"

"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

"Great location for music!"

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. "The accommodation is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, the bathroom has a glass door, making it more suitable for couples than for friends or families seeking more privacy. The property is conveniently located near a subway station and shopping malls, and it offers beautiful views. Housekeeping is provided every seven days, but if you need fresh towels or extra toilet paper, you can simply request them from the front desk. Getting to and from the airport is also very...

"My go to place for O2 concerts. Breakfast is very good as well."

"It’s a convenient hotel if you have a very early flight from London city airport. Nice and clean"

"Beautiful old pub right in the centre of Greenwich. Really comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Perfect."
