"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

"We had an amazing time at this location- it is walking distance to all of the main attractions we were looking to spend time at during our trip to Florence (me, my husband, and our 18 month old daughter). We walked to Ponte vecchio, the trevi fountain, the uffizzi gallery... all the great shopping etc! We even noticed a playground across the Arno that our daughter also loved. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. A very comfortable crib was set up in our room before arrival for our daughter....

The reception remains operational for a very limited time, only from 8 am to 4 pm, making it practically impossible to carry out any in-person transaction such as paying the tax in cash without disrupting your plan for day-long sightseeing. The wash basin was partially clogged, leading to frequent accumulation of water. There was no cupboard or chest to keep your stuff."

"The room was great quiet, and location close to train station. The breakfast was amazing and offered a lot. Staff friendly. Only complaint is that the tub/ shower is poorly designed in that the shower glass protector is only half the tub and not the half that has the showerhead! By the time I’d finished my shower with trying to keep the showerhead pointed toward the front where the door was, I had a swimming pool on the floor of my bathroom and had to use all the towels to sop it up. Maybe they...

"We had a good, comfortable stay and a great experience. The hotel is in a great location , very close to the train station and other amenities. Good clean rooms , breakfast with big spread . What puts the experience at higher level is their front desk staff. Front desk staff is very polite , courteous and professionals with customer service mindset and attitude. They made sure we had all the relevant information , maps , addressed our questions with detailed information and friendly smiles....
