"Excellent place to stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and informative! On our first day, he gave us a map and shared some great recommendations for must-see places in the area. He was also very handsome and had such a lovely smile! 😊 The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The room is modern, nice and clean. Easy access from the Firenze MSN train station. The receptionist lady is very friendly, checking in also very smooth! We had a pleasant stay here ! Thank you !!"

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place. It’s very comfortable well located place to stay in Florence. The sheets and pillows could be a little softer, but that’s the only issue"
