"Our 5 night stay at Hotel Victoria Palace was very enjoyable. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and the service staff - Nina, Fanta and Makhan were so helpful. On the last day Fanta even made me a special tea with Ginger and Lemon to help my sore throat. The Hotel is in a very convenient location very close to 2 Metro stations and in walking distance to some popular tourist spots. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again."

She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. "Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Duvet was too hot for us but cleaning staff provided us an extra sheet for our bed. Negatives: Our room’s door needed adjusting so that it closed completely when we/cleaning staff left the room. A bit concerning when leaving for the day. The breakfast was expensive for a basic buffet with no hot foods; it was 25 euros per person = over $40 CAD each. We opted to go to a local boulangerie instead which was much more reasonable."

"This hotel is recently renovated. The location is excellent especially in good weather as it is a block from Luxembourg and four blocks from St Sulpice. There is a school next door so you hear the children playing which we enjoyed otherwise a very quiet street. The air con and showers are good. The elevator is tiny so make sure you time check out accordingly. Only criticism is that they need more help at breakfast when hotel is full. Great staff . "
