This is the only place my partner and I stay in Lakeland. They are renovating but have it cordoned off so there isn’t an issue. Pool is lovely and location is good. We stay about once a month

There was a smell in the hallway and room. The staff on the 25th wasn't pleasant. The staff on the 26th,was very courteous, pleasant, professional and helpful she made me feel like I belong. The room was huge, clean throughout. Bed very comfortable and relaxing.

The room and area was clean but there was an unpleasant smell at the hotel. The staff on the 25th wasn't pleasant But the staff on the 26th was very pleasant and welcoming. She treated me with respect and made me feel like I belong.

Great hotel—very clean, and the lobby staff are exceptionally friendly. The property is located close to I‑4, so you do hear some traffic, but it’s not too disruptive. While they don’t offer breakfast or morning meals, there is a coffee station in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room and a IHOP right next door. Overall, it’s a good value and a comfortable place to stay. We’ve stayed here on two separate occasions and had a positive experience both times.

The deodorizer used in the hallways was not the most welcoming scent. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the interstate. The access in and out of the site and nearby businesses was tricky yet once you figured it out, it was workable.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean it definitely could use a deep clean. The hotel needs major updates. No carpet in the rooms is a plus. The hotel is right off the freeway so its pretty noisy. Near major shopping and plenty of places to eat. IHOP is right next door almost attached. Staff was amazing and very helpful to me as I am a patient of moffitt and I was able to rest
